Account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Enlistar account. You do not need to be signed in and it is available to any Enlistar user.

After you submit the form, we contact you at the account email you provide, then delete the account. You can also email support@enlistar.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.

How to request deletion

  1. Enter the full name and email address on your Enlistar account.
  2. Confirm the email, add any optional details that help us find the account, and confirm the request.
  3. Submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation that we received it.
  4. We follow up at that email, then delete the account and associated personal data.

What we delete

When your request is processed, we delete personal data associated with your Enlistar account, including:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, and related contact details)
  • Uploaded and generated documents such as resumes and cover letters
  • Job application history and interview-related records stored in Enlistar
  • Gmail connection data used for Quick Mail (encrypted tokens and the connected address)

What we may retain

Some records are kept only as long as the law or payment processors require, as described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Payment and billing records, typically up to 7 years
  • Support correspondence related to the deletion request, for up to 3 years
  • Anonymized product usage data that can no longer identify you

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 24 hours on business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the account has been deleted.
