Use Job Openings as Your Board, Then Auto Apply Without Jumping Across Sites

A common job search looks like five tabs: LinkedIn, a Nigerian board, a company careers page, a spreadsheet, and Gmail. You find a role in one place, apply in another, and lose the description by the time you interview. Job Openings is Enlistar’s answer: browse and search in one board, then apply from Enlistar.

What you can do on the board

Search and filter by location, type, and company. Open a posting and read the full description before you touch Apply. That reading step is how you avoid Auto Apply on a role you cannot do.

Global and Nigerian openings sit in the same product. You do not maintain two accounts or two trackers.

Two apply paths from the same listing

When there is a form, Auto Apply submits the application and notifies you when it is in. The record is saved to tracking.

When email is the path, Quick Mail writes a tailored message and CV from the company, title, and description. You preview, send through Gmail, and the send is stored as a Quick Mail application next to form applies.

You should not invent a third path in WhatsApp notes. If the listing is on Enlistar, apply on Enlistar so tracking stays complete.

A search workflow that respects Auto Apply

  1. Set filters you mean (city or remote, job type, companies you want).
  2. Open five postings, not fifty. Read requirements that are actually required.
  3. Auto Apply on the ones with a form that still fit.
  4. Quick Mail on the ones that only list an email.
  5. Skip the rest. Skipping is a feature of a good board session.

Why the board plus Auto Apply beats random Easy Apply

LinkedIn Easy Apply is fast and easy to forget. Enlistar’s design is: you chose the listing, you applied with a profile you confirmed, you can find the application later with the CV and interview tools for that job. Speed without a record is how follow-up dies.

Use the board as the front door. Use Auto Apply as the form path. Use tracking as the memory. That is a full apply loop, not a collection of shortcuts.
